  TERMS & CONDITIONS   

Some of the ingredients in our products may have adverse effects if the user is on certain medications. Known medications that may cause adverse effects include (but may not be limited to) are: Roacutane, Retin-A, Adapalene, and Renova. Additionally, certain products are not recommended if the user has an allergy to Asprin, or if the user is pregnant or lactating. All applicable products display these ingredient warnings.

By purchasing products from us, you hereby agree that you have read these Terms & Conditions and that Absolute Body & Skin Ltd (trading as Absolute Beauty Workshop) is in no way responsible or liable in any way for any adverse effects resulting from the purchase or use of these products. If you have any questions about this, contact us here.

Cancellations Policy

   CANCELLATIONS POLICY    

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you need to cancel or move an appointment. If this happens, we need at least 24 hours’ notice, please. When clients forget to come or cancel an appointment without giving enough notice, there are real consequences for us - we're just a small business.

Late arrivals will be charged the full amount of the treatment. Your therapist will perform what she can with the remaining time.

No-shows and last-minute booking changes will be charged the full amount.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, we sometimes run late. Please allow for this and rest assured that your treatment will be provided in full. Wherever possible, we will notify you of delays.We really appreciate your understanding.

   RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Our policy is valid for 30 days from the purchase date.  We are unable to offer you a refund or exchange after this time. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Some items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards

  • Some health and personal care items

Some items may be eligible for a partial refund - at our discretion:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and we have inspected it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item and whether your refund request has been approved or not.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

Refunds can take time. If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your bank.

Sale items

Sale items cannot be refunded. However, we will replace sale items if they are defective or damaged.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email info@absolutebeautyworkshop.co.nz  and send your item to: 2 Kingsford Road, Mount Eden, Auckland, 1024, New Zealand.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2 Kingsford Road, Mount Eden, Auckland, 1024, New Zealand. You will be responsible for the cost of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

  2. To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Delivery information

   DELIVERY  

Absolute Beauty Workshop uses e-parcels/courier post for all national deliveries. We aim to have your goods to you within 3-5 days. You will be sent an email from NZ Post as your parcel leaves us. Please refer to this if you have not received your parcel within this time frame, or contact us by email: info@absolutebeautyworkshop.co.nz.

Contactless Collection Option

If you'd prefer to collect your purchases in person, no problem. Rachelle will send you an invoice. When paid, text her on 027 528 0722 to organise for your parcel to be left in the letterbox at a convenient time.
