Please contact us if you need to cancel or re-book and please familiarise yourself with our cancellation policy below.

Absolute Beauty Workshop’s Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to the Absolute team and are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary however we request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations where possible.

A non refundable deposit of 50% will be requested on packages and group bookings such as weddings etc. at the time of booking.

Eftpos,Visa, Mastercard or an on line payment are accepted.

Please understand that when you forget to come, or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed by email or text 24-48  hours in advance. (please let us know which reminder method you would prefer at time of booking)  

Please note that if you arrive late for your appointment you will still be charged the full amount of your treatment and your therapist will perform what she can with the time you have allowed her.

Due to circumstances beyond our control and the nature of our services sometimes we do run late so please allow for this and be rest assured that your treatment will be provided in full. As a courtesy to you where possible we will notify you of any delays.
