How to Apply
- Apply on lower lash line, & above the upper lashes or apply all over the eyelid before applying eyeshadows as a perfect base for creating smoky eyes.

Reviews
I'm a mid brown brow colour and either shade seems to suit, haven't tried the clear. This product gives has a perfect brush & holds my unruly eyebrows!
